Login issues?

Is anybody else having issues logging into SL? I seem to be having off and on problems ever since the new viewer with their new "adult island" or whatever was released.

Have they released a new version since then that I've missed?

Because every time I try to log on, it gets to where it's downloading my clothing, and then my router flips out and shuts off my internet connection and I have to reset it. From what I was told, this happens either because of corrupt packets being sent, or packet overload.

Before that the new viewer just wouldn't let me log in *period*.

Any ideas how to fix it?

Okay, I just found out I can log onto one alt but not the other. Which means apparently something I am wearing on one of them is causing the issue.

How do I fix that if I can't log in??? x.x;;;

Yes, I have cleared the cache.

I'm having a similar problem: I can't even launch SL... I don't know what's wrong... I really wanna get on...
